By treating expertise as a strategic asset rather than a competitive advantage, the initiative offers a model for strengthening both financial resilience and long-term economic security.The preeminence of this project lies in its cross-border collective defense mechanism, which adopts the concept of Information Sharing and Analysis Centers (ISACs). This mechanism operates through a highly efficient, cyclical security sequence. The process begins by monitoring cyber threats targeting central banks or commercial financial institutions across the Arab region. As soon as a central bank detects these indicators of compromise (IoCs), threat intelligence, and emerging attack methodologies, the data is immediately uploaded to the regional platform for instantaneous analysis. Consequently, partner Arab central banks receive these alerts and disseminate them to the commercial banks under their regulatory supervision.
