Across critical infrastructure sectors, cybersecurity, compliance, and operations are rapidly converging into a single operational imperative. Pipeline and midstream operators, electric utilities, renewable energy developers, and data center owners face the challenge of maintaining continuous operations while adapting to evolving regulations, increasingly sophisticated threats, and heightened expectations for resilience and audit readiness. EverLine’s integrated operating model is designed to help customers meet these demands by combining compliance expertise, operational technology, control center operations, and cybersecurity capabilities.
Cradit brings more than 25 years of experience securing and operating highly regulated critical infrastructure across the energy, pipeline, aerospace, and defense sectors. Throughout his career, he has led cybersecurity programs, operational technology security strategies, and compliance frameworks spanning classified defense systems, pipeline control rooms, NERC-regulated energy operations, and mission-critical infrastructure.
As CTO/CISO, Cradit oversees the security and compliance architecture for EverLine’s 24/7 control room and managed services operations, including TSA Security Directive compliance programs for pipeline operators, NERC CIP programs for inverter-based resource operators, and the SP3 platform that supports PHMSA audit readiness and evidence management.
“The challenge facing critical infrastructure operators is no longer simply preventing cyber incidents or passing audits. It is maintaining continuous operational readiness in environments where regulations evolve, threats adapt, and there is little tolerance for disruption,” said Cradit. “Security, compliance, and operations have become inseparable. The organizations that succeed will be those that embed resilience directly into their operations and demonstrate readiness every day. EverLine is uniquely positioned because it combines deep operational expertise with cybersecurity and technology capabilities that help customers maintain visibility, resilience, and audit readiness at scale.”
Prior to joining EverLine, Cradit held leadership roles across consulting, software, and infrastructure operations, including co-founding the energy software company Pivvot and leading cybersecurity, compliance, and operational technology initiatives for infrastructure operators and service providers across North America. Earlier in his career, he held senior security and compliance roles at GeoEye, the geospatial intelligence contractor and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency partner, where he led security programs for classified data center operations supporting defense and intelligence customers.
Cradit holds CISSP and CCSP certifications, a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from the University of Kansas, and an MBA from Rockhurst University. He serves on SecureWorld’s Advisory Board, is a member of InfraGard’s Energy Sector, and frequently speaks on cybersecurity, operational technology, and critical infrastructure resilience.
