Hyperscale Data Establishes Michigan AI Development Reserve Account and Plan to Provide Monthly Michigan AI Infrastructure Progress Reports

Hyperscale Data, Inc. has established a Michigan AI development reserve account targeting approximately $120 million to aid the construction and development of its Michigan AI data center campus.
The company plans to issue monthly progress reports starting July 2026, detailing the status of the Michigan Reserve Account, capital allocations, and significant development milestones.
Through a Master Services Agreement with a California-based neocloud provider, customers have deposited $10.6 million under the previously announced agreement.
Hyperscale Data’s capital for the Michigan Campus will predominantly come from its At-the-Market (ATM) offering; however, the company may explore other capital sources if required.
The Michigan AI Campus development is predicted to potentially bring in over $1.2 billion in revenue if the full extension options are exercised, providing up to 52 megawatts of AI compute capacity.
