Dollar General shuffles executive ranks

Dollar General announced significant executive changes, appointing new senior leaders for its information technology, artificial intelligence, store operations, and real estate teams.
Travis Nixon, previously senior vice president of artificial intelligence optimization, was promoted to SVP and chief data and artificial intelligence officer, responsible for AI strategies, data engineering, and business process management.
Tom Hutchins moved to SVP and chief technology officer to enhance enterprise alignment, performance, and delivery across key technology areas.
Zak Brining transitioned to SVP of real estate, while Nick Snow took over as SVP of corporate operations, overseeing asset protection and store facilities management.
Dollar General also promoted Josh Allison to division vice president of store operations, Vai Anand to vice president of decision science and analytics, Michael Czubic to vice president of store operations, and Kevin Schoo to vice president of process improvement.
The company elevated Chelsea Beachy to vice president of field human resources, focusing on the upscale Popshelf division and the Mi Súper Dollar General in Mexico.
