Tyler Creates New AI and Transactions Leadership Roles

Tyler Technologies, an industry giant in government technology, has introduced the positions of Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer and Chief Transactions Officer in response to the evolving needs of its public-sector clients.
Franklin Williams has been appointed as the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer. His role will involve leading a new AI organization focused on creating shared AI platforms and standards, as well as enhancing the value of AI for both the company and its customers.
Ryan O’Connor has been promoted to Chief Transactions Officer, taking on the responsibility of growing Tyler’s transaction business, which includes payments, software-as-a-service, and significant operational roles.
These new executive roles highlight the company’s commitment to advancing in key growth areas such as artificial intelligence and transactions, aiming for continuous innovation and collaboration.
Tyler Technologies reported a significant financial growth, with first-quarter revenue of $613.5 million, marking an 8.6 percent increase year over year.
The company boasts extensive installations, with 47,000 tech installations across 15,000 locations in all 50 states.
Lynn Moore, Tyler’s president and CEO, expressed confidence that these leadership appointments will help the company better serve its clients and team members.
