Omni acquires synaptic intelligence tool developer

Omni has acquired Nara Logics, an artificial intelligence company specializing in brain-like decision-making techniques.
Nara Logics is known for its Synaptic Intelligence Platform, which provides real-time, explainable AI recommendations using neural structures.
The platform aims to enhance decision pipelines for classified and operational settings, targeted at analysts and commanders.
Nara Logics was established in 2011 by cofounder Nathan Wilson, a research scientist from MIT’s Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences.
The company’s current clients include financial and government analysts who need to process and prioritize multi-source data effectively.
The acquisition aims to expand Omni’s software offerings in decision-making support.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Omni, owned by Madison Dearborn Partners, acquired the software integrator earlier in 2024.
