EC-Council Launches ADG AI Framework To Help Enterprises Govern And Secure Artificial Intelligence At Scale

EC-Council launches the Adopt. Defend. Govern. (ADG) AI Framework and a free AI Readiness Self-Assessment Tool aimed at helping enterprises responsibly adopt AI.
The ADG Framework was developed with significant contributions from companies like Citi, Microsoft, KPMG, and Salesforce, and it is designed for alignment with international standards such as the EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF.
The framework consists of three pillars: Adopt, which aligns AI with business goals; Defend, which secures AI systems; and Govern, which manages oversight and risk.
Only 1% of AI leaders believe their organization’s AI governance has reached maturity, highlighting the gap between AI adoption and accountability.
The AI Readiness Self-Assessment Tool is designed to help organizations measure their AI maturity against governance readiness, operational resilience, security posture, and accountability structures.
EC-Council introduces three new AI certifications: Certified AI Program Manager, Certified Offensive AI Security Professional, and Certified Responsible AI Governance and Ethics Professional.
The ADG Framework is open, community-driven, and freely available, allowing for adoption without licensing fees and designed to evolve with emerging AI technologies.
