A unique artificial intelligence (AI) salary data platform has been created in Latvia

ERDA, a Latvian company, has introduced the Baltics’ largest real-time salary data platform ahead of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
The platform provides companies with continuous updates on salaries, job positions, and skills trends, analyzing over 80,000 job advertisements from 12,000 companies across the Baltics.
Starting from June 7, 2026, EU member states will mandate objective salary justification and the explanation of gender pay gaps, which will be facilitated by this real-time, continuously updated data.
Data from ERDA reveals significant salary differences in key professions like accounting and sales, underscoring the need for transparent and current salary information.
The platform employs AI and the ESCO taxonomy to systematically categorize job positions, skills, salaries, and industry demand.
ERDA specializes in labor market and HR issues, and the new platform initially targets Latvia with plans to expand to Lithuania and other European countries.
The growing demand for such platforms in Europe is influenced by EU pay transparency requirements and the rapidly changing labor market due to advancements in artificial intelligence.
