Award-winning cybersecurity expert, attorney and author Diane Janosek will present “My Lying Eyes: AI and the Age of Deception” at the Sussex County League of Women Voters’ social gathering set for noon to 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 19, at Bluecoast Seafood Grill & Raw Bar, 30115 Veterans Way, Rehoboth Beach.Formerly a member of the U. S. Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service, Janosek served in leadership roles at the National Security Agency as the deputy director of compliance, commandant of the National Cryptologic University, and deputy chief information security officer. She also served in legal, policy and executive management positions, including chief legal officer of the Privacy & Civil Liberties Oversight Board and legal counsel at both the White House and the Pentagon.
Janosek is currently CEO of Janos LLC, where she leverages her law degree and doctorate in cyber leadership to focus on the intersection of law, policy and technology. She has published more than 30 technical, academic articles and book contributions.
