Cloud Box Tech names new regional AI chief

Cloud Box Technologies, a prominent Middle Eastern systems integrator, has announced an AI-first strategy introducing a three-pillar framework led by Laxmi Nageswari as the Chief AI Officer.
The new role underscores the company’s transition from a conventional IT infrastructure provider to a comprehensive digital transformation partner with a strong focus on AI, automation, and cybersecurity.
The three-pillar strategy includes AI-based cybersecurity, data analytics, automation, and cloud integrated intelligence; the deployment of scalable, reusable AI models under the Algo-as-a-Service (AaaS) model; and support from a Centre of Excellence (CoE) to govern, innovate, and develop responsible AI adoption.
This integrated innovation ecosystem aims to interconnect hardware, applications, and talent to foster a cohesive platform for AI implementation across the company for enhanced scalability and delivery efficiency.
Cloud Box Technologies’ Managing Director, Ranjith Kaippada, highlighted that these strategic initiatives will solidify the company’s role as a leading digital transformation partner and support UAE’s National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031.
