Partnership Aims to Advance AI Guidance in TAVR

Cleveland Clinic has formed a partnership with DASI Simulations to validate Precision TAVI™, an AI-powered predictive modeling tool for planning transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) procedures.
The collaboration’s second stage will focus on co-developing a next-generation version of the tool to provide intraprocedural guidance for TAVR.
The partnership aims to combine DASI’s advanced simulation models with Cleveland Clinic’s extensive clinical data and expertise to improve TAVR standard care and long-term patient outcomes.
Precision TAVI transforms routine CT scans into three-dimensional predictive environments to tailor device selection and implantation strategy, helping anticipate procedural challenges and optimize patient-specific strategies.
The current phase of the partnership involves validating Precision TAVI’s use through a rigorous process led by a high-volume TAVR expert center.
