Changing our society through AI smart air conditioning technology

Revolutionary air conditioning technology is being developed, led by NAGAHIRO Tsuyoshi from the Center for Smarttech System Co-creation in the Carbon Neutral Promotion Headquarters.
AI smart air conditioning technology “sees” the movement of people to improve energy efficiency and reuses air based on temperature differences for optimal air conditioning.
The technology was first introduced during field trails at the international exhibition center INTEX Osaka, followed by trials across 130 facilities, including airports, subway stations, and supermarkets.
The technology has achieved significant energy savings, for example, reducing power consumption by over 50% in the AEON Style Ebie supermarket and more than 40% in Santica underground shopping area.
NAGAHIRO Tsuyoshi is aiming to use this technology in larger, more complex facilities such as data centers and factories, and is exploring international market opportunities.
