Euna Solutions Beefs Up AI Grant Tech via Acquisition

Euna Solutions, an Atlanta-based company, has acquired GrantExec, a Washington, D.C.-area firm specializing in AI-driven grant management tools founded in 2022.
GrantExec’s AI technology organizes and provides guidance on tens of thousands of grant opportunities from various funders, aiming to streamline the grants discovery process.
The acquisition aims to bolster Euna’s existing grant management offerings and integrate AI-powered intelligence into their Grants platform.
The deal builds on Euna’s previous acquisition of AmpliFund, a company offering grant management tech.
Euna, which serves numerous public agencies and schools with various procurement and funding tools, will absorb GrantExec’s workforce and incorporate its technologies into its portfolio.
The companies aim to jointly enhance mission-driven organizations’ capability to find and apply for relevant funding more effectively.
