ROMA Green Finance launches AI/HPC infra investment arm

ROMA Green Finance (Nasdaq: ROMA) has established a dedicated investment vertical for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing (AI/HPC) infrastructure.
The new vertical extends the company’s sustainable-finance and ESG mandate into low-carbon, energy-efficient digital infrastructure.
ROMA focuses on distributed, sub-50 MW compute assets paired with on-site behind-the-meter power generation in low-cost energy markets.
The strategy involves evaluating a pipeline of potential AI/HPC investments, which are yet to be announced publicly and require due diligence, definitive agreements, and board approval.
All potential investments extend ROMA’s sustainable-finance and ESG mandate into low-cost energy jurisdictions and aim to use an asset-light, partnership-led capital deployment.
