OneAI Hub to guide AI integration in classrooms, research, more

The University of Hawaiʻi has introduced the UH OneAI Hub as a central platform for integrating AI across its 10 campuses, emphasizing its mission to serve the community while being Indigenous-serving.
The AI Communities of Practice on the platform enable faculty and staff to collaborate and share resources on various topics through Google Groups and Padlet.
Different communities focus on teaching and learning, research and discovery, student support, operations and administration, communications, and governance.
The website offers a professional development pathway with the AI Foundations course, starting with the first chapter launch on March 29 and releasing new chapters weekly for 12 weeks.
Participants completing the AI Foundations course will earn an AI Foundations Badge, showcasing their core understanding of AI literacy, ethics, and responsible use.
Additionally, the hub features the AI 2 Xcelerate program, an initiative aimed at integrating AI into teaching, research, and professional activities for UH faculty and staff.
