The UAE is taking a significant step toward consolidating its AI ambitions by creating a new federal authority tasked with overseeing AI, data governance, digital services, and cybersecurity. This week, the Office of Development Affairs at the Presidential Court is convening international experts in Abu Dhabi to explore how predictive analytics and AI can strengthen anticipatory humanitarian action.\u00a0
\nThe session will focus on how predictive technologies and AI can support anticipatory humanitarian action and enable relevant actors to move from risk forecasting to timely, practical intervention.
