Akamai Technologies (AKAM) stock dropped almost 4% in after-hours trading on Monday after the company announced plans to raise $2.6 billion through convertible notes.<\/p>\n

The offering consists of two separate tranches \u2014 $1.3 billion in notes due 2030 and another $1.3 billion due 2032. <\/p>\n
