In Thursday\u2019s ransom note, the group claimed it had hacked Instructure \u201cagain\u201d and faulted the company\u2019s response to the previous attack: \u201cInstead of contacting us to resolve it they ignored us and did some \u2018security patches.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As more details emerge, we\u2019ll hopefully better understand how this attack occurred and how to thwart future ones.
