to enhance productivity and competitiveness.<\/li>\n<li>The initiative aims to support maritime companies in integrating AI across ship agency, management, chartering, operations, and bunkering functions.<\/li>\n<li>Companies will gain access to a knowledge base of AI use cases, connect with solution providers, and pilot AI applications tailored to their specific needs.<\/li>\n<li>Organizations will benefit from the AI Singapore\u2019s AI Readiness Index (AIRI) framework to assess their AI readiness and strategize accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>To facilitate AI adoption, MPA and SSA will collaborate with higher education institutions and service providers to develop training programs aimed at equipping employees with necessary AI skills and strategic thinking.<\/li>\n<li>SSA has initiated the first runs of the AI training program with 21 companies already participating and plans for a full rollout by later in 2026.<\/li>\n<li>MPA and SSA will
