This esteemed recognition marks the eighth consecutive time NCA has secured the top spot nationwide. Departing from the mean government agency score of 70.4 out of 100, the NCA&#8217;s exemplary success reflects the dedicated commitment of its workforce and effective execution of its mission. The NCA, which oversees and manages 157 national military cemeteries, remains VA\u2019s smallest agency with less than 1,800 employees but commands considerable respect and loyalty from those it serves.
