\nRiggan brings deep experience managing significant cyber investigations and regulatory problems at the federal and state level, with a particular focus on the technology and defense sectors.\u00a0 In addition to her experience with federal investigations, she has extensive experience handling state Attorney General investigations, including multi-state matters.\u00a0

\nRiggan spent seven years at WilmerHale before departing in 2020 to join the incoming administration\u2019s transition team. During her time in government, she served as Senior Director for the Executive Secretariat and Deputy Legal Advisor to the National Security Council, and Associate Counsel in the Office of the White House Counsel where she advised on cybersecurity in national security systems and congressional oversight matters. She was later named General Counsel for the Biden-Harris and Harris-Walz presidential campaigns.\u00a0
\nRiggan earned her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and her BA from Wake Forest University. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York.<\/p>\n
