This incident led to the arrest of Florian Willet, then co-president of The Last Resort, who was eventually released after two months.<\/li>\n<li>The AI in the Sarco pod&#8217;s &#8220;Double Dutch&#8221; iteration will administer a psychiatric test to determine a person&#8217;s mental capacity to die, replacing traditional psychiatric assessments.<\/li>\n<li>If successful, the AI test will activate the pod for a 24-hour window, during which a person can press the button to use it.
