Part 1 (2 March \u2013 20 March):<\/p>\n

Opening Ceremony with foreign dignitaries
\n20 lectures covering diverse cybersecurity topics such as ethics, AI, OIT and IIOT, emerging trends in cybersecurity, incident response, quantum cryptography, career paths and more.<\/p>\n

Part 2 (23 March \u2013 10 April):<\/p>\n

Collaborative work on case studies provided by leading Southern African and Dutch organisations
\nPitch findings to a panel of experts
\nDistinctions and certificates awarded to the best teams
\nClosing Ceremony with foreign dignitaries <\/p>\n

The first part takes place from 2 March until 20 March 2026, consisting of 20 FREE lectures from renowned experts on a wide range of cybersecurity-related topics, such as ethics, accountability, hardware security, incident response, data protection, and norms and governance.
\nThe second part will take place from 23 March until 10 April 2026, where groups will work together on case studies provided by leading Southern African and Dutch organisations and pitch their findings to a panel of experts that will subsequently determine the best proposal(s). The members of the best teams will be awarded distinctions and certificates!
\nCyber Talent Accelerator Track: for SANCS Alumni
\nThe most recent Southern Africa-Netherlands Cyber Security School had the Cyber Security Institute from South Africa sponsor the Cyber Talent Accelerator Track (CTA), which will again be offering 20 places for a one-year cybersecurity training program for selected participants of the 2026 edition of the Southern Africa \u2013 Netherlands Cyber Security School. This CTA is a segway into the cybersecurity field and helps integrate students and young professionals from Southern Africa to become capable of entering the cybersecurity working environment.
\nThe CTA is full-time, six-month advanced cybersecurity training and work-readiness program. The 20 candidates will be funded through the Netherlands Embassy in South Africa and presented by the Cyber Security Institute (CSI). The SANCS CTA Program features the CSI Certificate in Cyber Security accredited by the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) and the Professional Development Program featuring IT and AI essentials, Industry Masterclasses, Python Programming, a Cyber Range, workplace simulations and the African Thunder Challenge with our industry experts!
