Anthropic held cyberthreat briefings with agency CIOs last month

Anthropic hosted briefing sessions for federal chief information officers on May 7 and 8 to discuss defending digital assets against cyber threats, focusing on advanced AI models like Mythos Preview.
Other government branches have been briefed on Mythos’s software vulnerability detection capabilities.
Anthropic announced the expansion of Project Glasswing, initially offering access to Mythos Preview to private sector partners, to include around 150 new participants.
New Project Glasswing participants come from diverse sectors including power, water, healthcare, communications, and hardware.
