- SB 2909: Prohibits the use of AI for teacher evaluations, disallowing the use of AI for evaluating teachers, but permitting support for administrative tasks.
- SB 3114: Restricting the use of AI in health care approvals, prevents health care payors from downcoding claims automatically and restricts targeted downcoding practices.
