Bull and Foxconn partner to scale Europe’s manufacturing capabilities for artificial intelligence infrastructures

Bull and Foxconn announce a strategic collaboration aimed at manufacturing AI and Cloud infrastructure, leveraging Bull’s advanced AI systems design and Foxconn’s global manufacturing scale.
The partnership primarily focuses on manufacturing AI systems in Europe to bolster the regional industrial capacity and achieve cost-effective, high-quality, and timely delivery of AI infrastructure solutions.
The collaboration intends to utilize Bull’s factory in Angers, France, and Foxconn’s facilities in Pardubice, Czech Republic, with an initial investment exceeding EUR 120 million for the endeavor.
The project aims to contribute to the expansion of a structured and scalable AI ecosystem across Europe, catering particularly to enterprises, cloud service providers, research institutions, and emerging AI factories.
By executing this partnership, both companies seek to strengthen Europe’s industrial autonomy and reduce its dependency on external markets for AI and Cloud technologies.
